FAQ’s

*Please refer to the Covenants for a full description for rules and regulations for BW. Otherwise, here are some frequently asked questions.

  • Trash cans/bins must be out of view (in your garage or behind your fence) and not visible. Bags of materials (mulch or soil for example), debris, or storage of items may not be kept yard or in driveway.

  • Yards/lots are expected to be maintained in a neat and orderly condition including grass cut routinely and flower beds in good condition (without grass or weeds)

  • Inoperable vehicles or machinery is not allowed. Additionally, recreational vehicles such as campers, boats, trailers or similar are not allowed on property/driveways.

  • The exterior of homes must be maintained (including but not limited to paint, wood trim or siding and roof condition)

  •  Glass in garage doors is prohibited.

  •  Roof shingles Can Not be changed and must be the same style and color. Shingles must be self-sealing composition roofing shingles-Heritage II & Weathered Wood in color.

  •  Fences must be maintained and have specific requirements, must be made of wood, brick, stone (chain link is not allowed)

  •  Above ground swimming pools are prohibited.

  •  Any wishes to change the original structure of the exterior of homes must be approved by the board. This may include driveway additions or changes, house color, structures that extend above the fence such as pergolas.

  • HOA dues are expected and measures will be taken to collect.
